Our senior team
The company was founded by Tom Ball and Stefan Finch who collectively have over 25 years' experience delivering flagship digital solutions to some of the UK's brightest and most well respected companies.
Tom Ball
Tom has spent the last six years simplifying strategies, projects and change programmes for over 60 organisations. Advising on projects with a combined project value exceeding £20bn, clients have included four of the top five UK banks, two of the four mobile networks, as well as many fast growth companies.
Tom combines wide-ranging business understanding with a solid technical background. He holds a Masters in Engineering from Cambridge, has been programming computers since the age of six, and built a 30-strong technical agency in the early days of the web.
Stefan Finch
Stefan has built the technical teams of multi-award winning agencies for more than 12 years, and prior to Cognac, headed the online division of a 70+ digital marketing agency from 2005-2010, awarded The Drum's "Digital Agency of the Year"
With a track record of delivering high-profile/high-risk web applications to a client base that includes some of the UK's most well-respected companies, he combines outstanding technical expertise with commercial understanding and project delivery. Stefan holds a degree in Mathematics from Imperial College.
